Research Ethics

The Korean Society for Translation and Interpreting (KSTI) adheres to the research ethics guidelines established by the National Research Foundation of Korea (NRF). The Society strictly prohibits all forms of research misconduct, including plagiarism, fabrication, falsification, inappropriate authorship attribution, and duplicate publication. Alleged violations will be reviewed by the Society’s Research Ethics Committee, and appropriate disciplinary measures may be imposed in accordance with the Society’s regulations.

Publication Policy

Copyright of articles published in the Society’s journals is held by the Korean Society for Translation and Interpreting unless otherwise specified. Published articles may be used freely for scholarly and educational purposes. Any commercial use, reproduction, or distribution of published content requires prior written permission from the Society.

Copyright & Open Access Policy

Interpretation and Translation follows the open access policies of the National Research Foundation of Korea. Articles are made freely available to the public after an embargo period determined by the journal’s publication policy.
FORUM follows the copyright and open access policies established by John Benjamins Publishing Company.
